The keyword in infra-red curing is control. By its very nature provides for control that are virtually impossible to attain with most other curing processes. Infra-red curing gives brilliant smooth finishes that are virtually blemish free.
Only specially selected lead-free, high quality inorganic/ceramic pigments together with custom formulated binders are used for COLOURCOIL® high performance coatings. When cured using infra-red technology, they exhibit outstanding colour retention and exceptional durability properties.
Only genuine 55% aluminum-zinc coated substrate are used for our high performance pre-painted steel to ensure superior resistance to corrosion.
COLOURCOIL® pre-painted steel products are completely lead-free and we are committed to recycling as much steel as possible.
